A little about me
I'm Paulina — mindfulness and compassion teacher, trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, and a Mexican who's been living in Germany for years.
I teach in English, German, and Spanish. My courses draw from MBSR and MBCL — both evidence-based, structured programs with decades of research behind them. And they're shaped by the kind of lived experience that formal training alone doesn't give you: navigating life between cultures, becoming a mother, going through the transitions that change you quietly.
The people who find me are usually already doing the work. They're thoughtful, curious, and still notice there's a gap between what they know and how they actually live. That gap is where we work.
